Policies

I have a facebook page here where I have my in stock/ ready to ship items posted. I also offer customs so if what you're looking for isn't there, feel free to send me a message :) I accept all forms of PayPal and money orders by mail. All PayPal payments must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Items will ship after your payment has cleared. (Expect a 3-5 day wait on orders purchased by echeck as it takes some time for those to clear. The wait may be longer for money order payments orders to ship, depending on how long it takes for the money order to be received via mail.) I also offer layaway options, so feel free to contact me for layaway details. All instock domestic purchases will be shipped through PayPal shipping within 2 business days of your payment clearing. Delivery confirmation is included. Insurance is optional and will be added at your request and billed to you for orders under $75, but will be included at no charge for orders over $75. Insurance is not required, but is encouraged as I can't be held responsible for the PO's misplacement or misrouting of any packages. The turn around time for custom orders depends on the item you request and will be clearly stated to you via message once your order is finalized prior to your payment and any delays will be communicated to you via message immediately. Custom domestic orders will ship within 2 business days of completion. In stock international purchases will ship from a US post office by the Saturday following clearing of your payment. Custom international orders will ship by the Saturday following completion. If you would like to purchase insurance or tracking on an international order please contact me as neither are included and any tracking or insurance costs will be billed to you at cost. I will take custom orders on a FCFS basis to ensure timely completion. Anyone who messages me regarding a custom order when these slots are full will be placed on a waiting list, which will also be filled on a FCFS basis and will be contacted once a slot becomes available. I will not accept payment or finalize the order specifications until a slot becomes available, but am happy to discuss your knitting and knotting needs and how I can fulfill them for you at any time via message. All custom orders are non-refundable and will be made according to your specifications. Refunds requested prior to my starting your custom order will be considered on a case by case basis and may involve a non-refundable portion, depending on items purchased to complete your order prior to beginning your order. Instock orders can be exchanged for store credit within 2 weeks of purchase as long as the original item is unwashed and unused. Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and contact me if there are any problems. Returns must have prior approval and will be given a RFM # to include with the package. Returns may be eligible for shipping reimbursement. If an item is received without prior communication it will be returned to you at your expense. If abandoned for 14 days after communication is sent, items will be donated and no refund will be given. Please contact me for a custom order.
